How do I fix Microsoft Office error 0xC0000142? and prevent repeating auto Update

allowing uninstallation of an update a problem most likely a generalized security patch but may effect broadly  with Outlook Apps,  is there an option or method that  would help from reloading the update after being uninstalled, Thanks Levi@NM
