Unable to use the help? in Office 365 ptoducts

Question

When I as admin or my users try to use help function in Word, for example:

we get this message:

I am the admin but I am just a lawyer and not an IT person. I did not do anything intentionally to turn off this service and I do not know how to turn this back on.
