Unable to open Visio file in Visio 2016 standard

Hi All,

I have a user that has saved a visio file (*.vsdx) into the groups document library. It opens fine in the browser but when he tries to open the file for editing in Visio he gets a message saying that the file is corrupt. He can download a copy of the file to his desktop and open it in visio without a problem.

Any ideas?
