Transfer all One Notes from Windows 7 to Windows 10?

Hi All!

I need to transfer Users One Notes (One Note 2013) from Windows 7 to One Note 2016 (Windows 10)...

Has anyone done this and have any ideas on how easy it is to do and if I can just copy all notebooks over from Win 7 to Win 10?
