Strange feature of POWERPOINT

What is the use of the menu bar option circled by a green brush（更多/more）? I clicked but didn't respond.

      version：Microsoft® PowerPoint® 适用于 Microsoft 365MSO (版本 2306 Build 16.0.16529.20164) 64 位

      To replicate the issue here, you need to use ctrl A to select all the contents in a text box, and then right-click the selected text to pop up this menu.
