Set proofing language: needs improvement

That would a a good feature to have. I have problems keeping it to UK English as it keeps defaulting to US English. I've changed all my settings in Options for language and it's still the same each time I start typing a new sentence, it will again give me an error in spelling because it's not in US English.
Fareea Microsoft hate their customer. Their team are made of lazy people that don't really use their program, they are just here to code them, which is way more different from using them. The office suit is full of bug or non sens feature for more than 10 years now!!!!
So if there is someone working for big M here, CAN YOU PLEASE READ THIS? REMOVE YOUR HANDS FROM **bleep** AND CORRECT THIS **bleep**ING BUG OF SETING THE PROOFING LANGAGE IN ONE NOTE. DO YOU UNDERSTAND???? EVERYONE COMPLAIN ABOUT IT YOU ARE IDIOT.
