Searching SharePoint when saving

Hi All,

 

When I am trying to save a file in Word to SharePoint I cannot search SharePoint to find the folder I want to save into. I go to File -> Save As -> Sites -> <Document Library> and on the top left of the save file explorer it says "Search <SharePoint URL>". When I enter a folder name nothing happens.

Does anyone have any ideas?

  • It shoul work if you paste the SharePoint site Url in the file name box so you are asked to indicate the path where you want to save the file in your SharePoint document library
