Scheduling Assistant shows strange font outlook 2016

Question

Hi,
&nbsp;
A customer has a strange outlook that i cannot figure out how to solve.&nbsp;
When a&nbsp; meeting is planned in her agenda ans she opens the meeting she gets these strange fonts
&nbsp;

&nbsp;
Multiple trouble shooting done on this
*font changed in agenda
*font changed&nbsp; in meeting
*outlook profile reset
all did not resolve this issue.&nbsp;
&nbsp;
Does anyone have a idea how to solve this issue without reinstalling office&nbsp;
&nbsp;
