Remove task url when sending to Outlook

I am using OneNote and Outlook as project and task managers and syncing to my iPhone and iPad. When OneNote sends a task to Outlook it attached the URL of the task in the note of the task. The result is a messy list of tasks with very long addresses instead of useful notes. I have considered creating a macro to remove the note from the task or import them to excel,  clear the note and send them back although that is a lot of work.
