Problem with TPA

Hello,

I have a problem when I want to log in to Outlook and Microsoft Teams when I click on connect now on outlook app I got an error from the picture, I tried to delete outlook mail account, data files and outlook profile, and reinstalling office 365, I updated windows 10 to last version, uninstalling tpa driver but nothing happen. Please help!
