did something to each page somehow, they're all extremely white and no its not from the view>page color. neither has the office theme changed from black. how do you revert this back to all black pages?

please help, all pages are white

did something to each page somehow, they're all extremely white and no its not from the view>page color. neither has the office theme changed from black. how do you revert this back to all black pages?
