OneNote URL parameters - Expand Navigation Pane

I'm adding a OneNote as a tab in Teams and based on how our OneNote is setup, I'd like to be able to expand the navigation pane.

I've looked around for URI parameters specific for OneNote but I haven't found any. I'd attach screenshots but despite only using the editor here, the site seems to think I added invalid html.
