OneNote sync issues when using both work and personal notebooks

Hi all

I have personal Notebook from OneDrive personal (auth with Hotmail.com) and Work notebooks from OneDrive for business (auth with Office 365 Azure AD).

I noticed that, I cannot sync all notebooks at the same time. I need to close all personal notebooks before I can sync work notebooks. Does this happen to anyone? 

Can we sync both OneDrive for businss and OneDrive personal notebooks at the same time or not?
