Onenote online, Onenote W10 app and Onenote 2016?

I am getting confused:

 

  • I use Office365 (v2019) and if use "send to onenote" and open the item - it opens in Onenote Online
  • If i use "shared notes" Skype Businnes it opens in Onenote 2016

 However they recomend to use the Onenote Windows 10 App that you can get from Microsoft store.

 

Is there anyway I can set to use the same application?
