OneNote on IPad issue
I have OneNote on my IPad. My toolbar is grey and I do not have Toggle button
I thought it should be like in Files

Not sure what toggle bar you are talking about.
On the left, I have a list of my notebooks in the first column, the next column is my sections, and the third column are my pages. When I click on a page the columns collapse to show just pages with a < at the top to reopen the columns. Hope this helps.
