Onenote notes randomly disappearing but I can still search for them

We are working to get to the root of the issue.

    This is happening to me on a regular basis in 2024.  3/21 no OneNote folders, 3/22 they are there (I have a screen shot).  Today 3/29 there are none (Screen shot also).   We use these regularly for projects and I am at a loss of what to do or where to look.  OneNotePMMSFT 

     

    Where do we look and how do we correct this issue?

    OneNotePMMSFT  Did this ever resolve?? I have searched through all the forums, even ones dating back to 2015 and I have not seen a solution posted. I tried accessing the shared One Note, but the tabs constantly disappearing is infuriating.
