OneNote not syncing on ipad

Hi, for the past couple of weeks OneNote has failed to sync on my iPad meaning anything written in that time period can't be accessed from my browser at my desk. In addition I'm worried that the latest notes won't be backed up. I often get the code 0xE40200B4 which I understand should be temporary but the problem has persisted. Many thanks for your help
