OneNote Keeps Jumping to the top of the Page

I am also still having this issue but what causes the jumping differs from time to time. Sometimes it is when I zoom in/out, but most of the time it is when I am using my stylus. If I use the Lasso Select and miss what I am trying to catch by circling (which is a PIA for some things, lines appear to only selectable from the begining of the line not by encircling the entire line, selecting highlights is a nightmare if you have used the expand up or down to line up the highlight, bc it somehow skes it's selection box), my point is that this happens a lot. If you select nothing with the Lasso, it jumps to the top of the page. This seems to happen more often on dense pages (several PDFs long) rather than smaller pages (About 10 or so PDG pages). Any written notes adds to the processing. I have noticed that OneNote gets veeeeeeeeery slow. I think the solution to this is just importing as a background rather than a moveable pdf but then editing it whenever there is an issue becomes a PIA. Please fix Microsoft. :( 

To add insult to injury, every like I give on this page jumps me to the bottom of the page while I was waiting for the Reply box to load. Funny...
