OneNote for windows 10 (Not 365) Ink to text swedish

Is there no possibility to get ink to text work in the OneNote for Windows 10 that is the built in version?

Since we have changed from OneNote W10 and not use 2016 / 365 version since buikt in have more updates and sso on.

But this ink to text funtionality seems to not have same type of support for W10

Is there any changes on that?
