OneNote -This section was created in an older version of OneNote and is incompatible with your cloud

I am using OneNote for windows 10 and getting error "This section was created in an older version of OneNote and is incompatible with your cloud notebook." while syncing it with onedrive. 

Can someone either help to resolve the issue or help me find out the location of offline files?
