Office 365 updates with SCCM 1710 clients 5.00.8577.1005

Hi

I have been working on this for months.  I rolled out office a few years ago via sccm and didn't have update options specified in xml file.  the majority of my users got version 7967.2082.

 

I have enabled office 365 updates on SCCM and they appear but it says that only 6 are required out of 600 clients.

 

I have downloaded the admx group policy settings for windows and changed them to enable updates and channel.  Applied the group policy but it still says that only 7 devices require the update. 

 

I am not sure what else to try.  Has anyone else experienced this or can anyone help.
