Office 365 Update 16.0.15330.20196
I was working on an Excel spreadsheet when I was prompted to save my Microsoft apps and close so that an update could be done. I did so but now when I try to open the spreadsheet, Excel starts to open and immediately crashes. Excel does not try to restart. I can open a blank spreadsheet and a similar spreadsheet, but whenever I try to open up the sheet I was working on I get an immediate crash. The same thing happens when I run Excel in safe mode. Are there issues with this latest update?

There was a new update released yesterday (16.0.15330.20230) which fixes some Excel-related issues. I would suggest to update again (File > Account > Update Options > Update now) and re-test.
