Office 365 ProPlus installer is only installing Outlook and something called "My Office"

It's still doing it in my tenant. I've tried it on several different PC's. I'm opening another ticket with MS because today is my only day to get these apps installed without user interruption and I can't wait some nebulous amount of time for it to be "fixed".
- davidpetree1Dec 02, 2017Iron ContributorMake sure both of you get a ticket open with MS Support. The issue is on the back end and they did fix it for me last week, but not sure why its not working for you guys. It was a system wide issue and they supposedly fixed it, but i guess the issue is back.

The patch fix from MS for this has been released is open outlook and do the updates required . once the updates are downloaded the other applications that are missing will appear. You can get to the updates by going to file and and then click on Office account.

This is a workaround not a patch ...
a patch would allow full install straight

Yeah my ticket is "In Progress." I'm trying to install the 64-bit version to see if that file was affected also.

yea, last week when this was happening, i tried both, and they both only installed outlook
