Off365 ProPlus Updates are available, but message shows "You are up to date"

 

Hello,



I have the problem that Off365ProPlus is not updated.

Office was created with the ODT, Installed version 16.0.7369.2127. UpdateChannel in the registry is located on a networkshare .... \ updates \ TestGroup \ Office \ Data. There is also the latest version 16.0.7369.2130

Reinstall the same. Updates mal off, rebooted, no change. Manually I come in the UpdatePfad from the client.

Manually, or in Task Scheduler update, no change. Can someone help me??

  • Hi Mike,

     

    to me it looks like the updatepath is not set correctly. Try to point Office to the root of your update folder, not into the \Office\Data subfolder. So in your case give  \\yourserver\Updates\Testgroup a try, cutting of the Office\Data part.
