New Outlook: Plain Text Until Proven Innocent?
I used to turn off Rich Format emails and just view them plain text in old Outlook; but I have been forced to upgrade to new Outlook and I do not see the option listed anymore. Where has it been m...
You may locate the setting below:
- Click the File tab
- Select Options
- In the Outlook Options window, click Trust Center on the left sidebar
- Click Trust Center Settings
- Navigate to Email Security
- Under Read as Plain Text, select the Read all standard mail in plain text check box
