MS 2013/16/19 icons

I recently heard a guy saying that 2019 and 2016 icons of Excel, Powerpoint, Word, etc, Are similar. Is that correct? I looked it in images, but it showed different icons. So can someone tell me what are the icons of MS 2013, 2016, 2019 (asking for 2013 icon because it was very confusing ).
