Microsoft Sticky Notes app deletes everyday

Microsoft Sticky Notes app deletes everyday. Literally.

Situation: 

I have Microsoft Sticky Notes app on my work PC working with my MS account. Every day this app deletes itself unexpectedly. I tried all troubleshooting options but with no result. Even more - I change a location to download apps and reinstall it again. Big zero as a result.

Also I don't understand why MS Store have no detailed settings for downloads location.
So, I can't control the location much. To be honest Sticky Notes folder location is strange. I set it to disk E root and it creates 3 folders - 2of them with no access. E:\WpSystem\i_chnged_this_part\AppData\Local\Packages - this is the only one I have access to.

I have no idea what to do next. Appreciate any help!
