Microsoft Outlook 2019 screen errors occurring in the Task Pane, from an Access-related Add-In

When the following Microsoft Access Outlook Add-In is enabled, (please see screenshot 1):

...I get the following error after double-click any of the Items in my Lists located in Outlook's Task Pane, "An error occurred while calling the callback: "Ribbon_GetMEXImage" (please see screenshot 2):

I will eventually want to use Access, but not right now. But since I am still having this problem after upgrading to the latest and greatest perpetual license for Pro Plus (2019), I am wondering if this is something that can be rectified immediately or not?
