Lost permissions to see my notes

Hi,

for some reason when I opened my one note (online from my personal onedrive) I got an error:

"Permission required, you don't have permissions to read this section"

I'm the owner of this file in one drive and all worked perfectly for years until now

I tried on my phone and desktop and got the same error

please help...
