Locate unused licenses
I'm trying to find users with ProPlus licenses assigned who aren't using them. They need an E2 O365 license for email, but that's it. I'm sure the answer must be staring in me in the face, but I can't see it at the moment.

That's great news. Just wish it was a bit sooner than 'the fall'.
In the meantime you can use the Office 365 activations report: https://portal.office.com/adminportal/home#/reportsUsage/OfficeActivations
