Issues with OneNote and Wacom

I m having two super bothering issues with the one note app on microsoft store

I use a wacom intuos pro S and the keys and the express ring of the tablet only work sometimes on this software, so if i want to scroll it is super hard not even knowing if and when will actually work

Then I wanted to ask if there is a hotkey about the <Page Width> key
