Is it possible to set up a class notebook with students outside my school?
I teach a virtual learning network class (several schools across the country joining my school for video conferences) and it would be great to use OneNote for it, but I don't know if its possible to do so outside my organisation, or with schools that don't use O365.
Any ideas?

- You should be able to invite external users to your OneNote file even if they are external - and even if they don't use O365.

Maybe, but I want them to actually have a section in the class notebook, not share the notebook. When I tested it with a known non-organisational email address like gmail, using 'add or remove students,' it didnt recognise the address.
- Ah, then no. The solution is designed to work within the class, and that assumes that each class member has an Office 365 account within your tenant.
