How to disable updates for OneNote?

Is there a way to disable automatic updates and automatic update nagging for OneNote on a Macbook Pro? Versions 16.27 and 16.28 have a bug where your last position on a page is no longer preserved. Because of this bug I am running 16.26 which does not have the issue. I get a popup a couple times a day telling me that the application is ready to be updated. Is there a way to disable these updates until such time that Microsoft fixes the bug?
