how to disable formatting toolbar?

hi,
     When I study from my OneNote, I tend to select the text with the mouse, so that my exclusive focus will be on the selected text. However, whenever I select the text, immediately the highlighted box in the pic appears. How can I ensure it doesn't appear?

These tell about other office tools, however please say how to disable toolbar in Onenote? it's so annoying and everytime i am copying my notes in evernote too just to avoid this inconvenience
