Excel files not displaying cells properly

I'm having an issue where Office 365 Excel for Mac is not displaying the cells in the spreadsheet properly.  The cells / file are fine both using Office 365 Excel for Windows, as well as opening them using Excel online.  Attached is a screenshot of what I'm getting.
