E0001462 bukxq 19999 onenote for ipad

I keep getting this error message on my ipad, and so nothing will sync to one note and I now can't open any of my notes on the one note for mac app, or on onenote.com. On my computer it's saying that it was created in an older version of one note and it's in compatible. When I download the files that I have in one drive and try and open them through the one note app on my mac it says the file can't be opened (they are .one files).
