Drag and drop files into OneNote

In some of my Notebooks when I drag and drop a file (pdf, word, excel) from OneDrive I get the three options (a link, an attachment, a page print in pdf). But just recently some of my Notebooks do not offer the options rather just an attachment in pdfwhen I drag and drop.
