Dictate: "new line" does not create a new line

Hi - using dictate and issuing command "new line" or "comma" does not create a new line or comma in Windows Office 365 OneNote Version 2104.

If I do the same in Word it does work (create a new line, inserts a comma).

How can I get OneNote to identify these commands correctly?
