How do I adjust the columns for size and make the lines highlighted

Hi Kweitz188gmailcom ! I suggest, you markup your whole range of Cells (columns and ROWS, not lines :)) and give it an excel Table Object. Look at screenshots under my post.
Give a LIKE if it fits your desire. Have fun with Excel. Greets, Eva.
