Changing Template for headings + bullet points (OneNote)

Is it possible to create a template for headings and bullet points on One-Note? Often I use the following order of bullet points: A, I, 1, a), i.), (1). It would be wonderful if the outline level were automatically selected each time I hit the "tap button".

In the one note version I use (16.24) the following option (that I found here https://support.office.com/en-us/article/Apply-a-OneNote-template-to-a-page-a9cd4b81-c60e-45ac-a2d2-b7e189ad9168?ui=en-US&rs=en-US&ad=US ) does not even exist:

In addition, is it possible to add the following outline points into One-Note: aa), aaa)?
