Change the default language of OneDrive

Hi all,

I have a problem.
My OneDrive displays Dutch by default, and even though I added a new translation package that only solved most of my interface language problems, there were still a few languages in Dutch.
If I share a file with my colleague via OneDrive, the default language is Dutch.
I've been stuck with a language problem that I can't change.

Can I change this default language in the admin background,I'm not an administrator and I don't know if this interface exists in the background
