No, not a VM and not via RDS. Just a Windows 10 Pro PC that's AAD joined.

Simon_L what kind of licensing do you have assigned to the account you are installing with?

Simon_L Can you confirm that Office 365 ProPlus is already installed on the box solely? So no Office 365 Business or other license types installed (in parallel)? Have you installed ProPlus from the portal, through the ODT or other ways?

What I did was just reset the Office activation (which removed the account info) and then re-sign in with my account.
The has fixed the issue.
