Cannot indent list on iPhone

I am using the OneNote app on an iPhone. Recently, when I've tried to make a list, I can only dedent (the red square in the screenshot), but not indent. Is this a known issue? Does anyone know how to fix it? (In the screenshot below, the indented lists were made on my desktop.)
