Why does it take 15-30 to obtain a secure score?

Question

According to Microsoft Support, now, it will maybe as long as a month for the system to start scoring my account.&nbsp; Is this done by hand?&nbsp; Why does it take a month?

&nbsp;
I think support gave you some bad info.&nbsp; If you have a new Office 365 tenant you should see the score in about 24 hours.&nbsp; If you are not seeing a score for a new tenant by then, please use the feedback button in bottom right of any Secure Score page to let us know that you don't have any data.

Hi Anthony,&nbsp;I've got the exact same issue - a brand new tenant and have waited for a week to see if a Secure Score would appear.&nbsp; Support don't seem to know what to do - I've used your feedback button on the Secure Score page.&nbsp;Grateful for your help.&nbsp;Regards,&nbsp;Ady
