Where are documents stored for Microsoft Compliance Score (preview)

Hi, When we upload documents against improvement actions in Microsoft Compliance Score (preview) Where are those documents stored? and Can we find or search them outside the Microsoft Compliance...

    "Any data uploaded as evidence into Compliance Manager is stored in the United States on Microsoft Cloud Storage sites." Reference: https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/microsoft-365/compliance/compliance-manager-overview?view=o365-worldwide#manage-evidence
    The content in compliance score (aka compliance manager preview) is not searchable outside of the tool.
