Virtual Machine scale set logs not populating

I got this sorted out. Our scale sets have a manual upgrade configuration which means any config changes we made to Virtual scale sets will only affect after upgrading instances under the scale set. First, do the log configuration to your scale set and observe the latest model which should show as - NO (if the scale set has manual upgrade configured) and then upgrade instances. The logs would show up after some time.
