Valid web pages being blocked by SmartScreen

I hope that someone can help. Our company is a verified Security & Training Compliance platform. WE perform Simulated Phishing events at the request of our clients. Our endpoints are being being blocked by SmartScreen. Is there anyway to submit a request to be whitelisted?

    I believe it needs to be done a device that is blocking it.  In Edge, choose Report that this site doesn't contain phishing threats

     

     

    This redirects you to feedback.smartscreen.microsoft.com/feedback.aspx.  There is an option to confirm you own the site.
