Unusual volume of file deletion

I've noticed that a large amount of files have gone on our SharePoint system and I know there is meant to be a policy called called Unusual Volume of file deletion but cannot find it.  I have seen links to it on the web but it just isn't in my alert policies.  

Could someone give me a link that works today, with the changes to portals I just want to be sure I can see it as it's meant to be a default policy and if I delete 200 files right now, I have no alerts either.
