Turn off Secure Score - Device Category

Hi - We have an issue where Secure Score was updated to include Defender Endpoint recommendations. However, we have no devices that the recommendations applies to and it dropped our score. Does anyone know how to turn off Defender Endpoint recommendations in Secure Score?
