Threat Analytic Notifications

How can we get notified when something new shows up on the Treat Analytics page in the M365 Security center, e.g., the Exchange server zero days threat is shown on Threat analytics - Microsoft 365 security but an alert has not actually been generated in the tenant because of the assets have been impacted. The research is super helpful so it would be nice to remind people about this, but there does not seem to be anyway to send out a notification when new items get sent out by MS. 

Am I missing a setting somewhere or should I just tell my clients to set a daily reminder to check this page?
